In a central location, in Munich's city center, right next to the Frauenkirche, the 19th century listed building ensemble is being rebuilt and partly newly constructed. The new retail space, offices and apartments are being built in approximately 6.000m² floor space. The masonry façade on the Weinstraße is completely preserved in the course of the new building and is being protected with an internal façade during the construction. bwp Burggraf + Reiminger provides all services of performance phases 1-6 and 8. The shell construction is going be completed by the end of 2013.
