On the premises of Rathgeber AG and F.X. MEILLER Fahrzeug- und Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG in Munich's Moosach district on Untermenzinger Strasse, a mixed area of residential units, a hotel, green and commercial areas are being created. The total size is about 80.000m².
