bwp Burggraf + Reiminger Beratende Ingenieure GmbH provides for HENN architects as a general planner the construction and civil engineering services for a new office building of the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau in Frankfurt in Bockenheimer Landstraße. Due to the difficult boundary conditions of the approximately 10m deep and 50m long excavation pit, an internally excavated pit was planned and implemented in conjunction with an overlapping bored pile wall.
After production of the underground ceiling slabs, the stiffeners can now be reconstructed and the further building construction can be constructed in conventional solid construction.
