Completion of the shell construction yardstead and opening Abercrombie and Fitch

The shell construction of the former site of the Süddeutsche Zeitung, the HOFSTATT, was completed between May 2012 and October 2012.

This means that a total of almost 40.000m² was either built or rebuilt.

On 25.10.2012, Abercrombie & Fitch opened its shop in the former building of the SZ publishing house on Sendlinger Straße.

Here, the 108-year-old reinforced concrete ceilings were reinforced by bwp Burggraf + Reiminger Ingenieure in such a way that flexible and up-to-date retail usage was made possible.
