Work on the approximately 100,000m³ excavation pit for the Forum at Hirschgarten started in the autumn of 2011.

Up to 2013, a total area of approximately 58,000 m² will be used to create office space, retail space, catering facilities and 408 underground parking spaces.

The building is a project of Hochtief. bwp provides all the services of the structural management according to the HOAI.
